Service Agreement

AI Development: Custom AI solutions targeting efficiency improvements, including but not limited to automated content creation and data analysis.
AI Agency Services: Expert-level integration and ongoing support for AI-driven marketing services, as detailed in the AI Opener’s service catalog.
Client Obligations: The Client shall provide access to necessary data, platforms, and internal resources as required for the Service Provider to deliver the services effectively.
Compensation: Compensation for the Service Provider's services will adhere to the fee structure outlined in the attached Schedule A, which will detail the costs associated with each service provided.
Term and Termination: This Agreement is effective as of [Insert Start Date] and shall remain in effect until [Insert End Date], unless terminated earlier by either Party upon [Insert Number of Days] days' written notice.
